Returns and Refund Policy

The Return of Goods
Customers have up to 2 working days from the date they receive their order to initiate the return process by contacting our customer support team at +447482071701 or sales@wholesaleshopping.co.uk.

When emailing your request, please include your order number, name, address, description of the product, and the reason for sending it back. In the case of a fault or damages, a photo of the fault should also be provided.

Upon receiving notice of your return request, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the goods, along with any other relevant instructions.

After receiving confirmation to return their items, customers of UK orders must send their items via post within 7 days after the date of confirmation. For international orders, this period is extended to 15 days.

Customers are to return the items at their own risk, own arrangements, and at their own cost, unless specified otherwise.

The items returned to us must meet the following conditions:

  1. They must be in the same condition as when we sent them, including the original packaging and invoice. We cannot accept items that are below sales quality.
  2. The items must not have been altered in any way.
  3. For hygiene reasons, face masks, swimwear, and lingerie cannot be returned.

Failure to comply with these conditions may void your returns claim or result in a deduction of the refund amount if the quality of the goods has been affected.

Ensure you include a note specifying your name, the reason for the return, and your order number when returning your items.

Our Refund Policy
Once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and any applicable charges have been assessed, Wholesale Shopping will issue a refund to the original payment method.

NOTE: A full refund will only be provided for products returned due to a fault with the item, or if a product is missing due to our own mistake. If your return is due to quality or sizing, the items are only available for exchange or store credit.

In the event of a refund, please allow up to 10-12 working days for us to confirm and process your refund.

Exchange and store credit will be available through our website and the balance on your account with us.
